OnceMo is a music practice and stage-recording app. It has no user accounts and no server of ours — your profile, music, and recordings stay on your device. We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Information we collect
Information you provide on the device
A display name and a profile photo you optionally set for your profile. You pick the photo in your device's system photo picker, which hands the app only that one picture; the app keeps a copy of it in its own storage. These are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Content you create
Audio you import and videos you record ("Stage Reels"). These are stored on your device. By default each new recording is also saved to your device's gallery (media library); you can turn this off in Settings. We do not upload, access, or store your audio or video.
Purchase information
When you subscribe, the purchase is processed by Google Play (and, in the future, the Apple App Store). Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which assigns a random, anonymous app-user ID and records purchase/receipt status so the app knows whether your subscription is active. This does not include your name, email, or payment-card details — those are handled by the store, not by us. The app shows this ID at the bottom of Settings so you can send it to us if you want us to grant you a subscription benefit (for example a promotion); we use it only for that.
Device and technical information
Your device language/locale (to show the app in your language) and basic technical information required for the app and the above services to function.
Permissions
Camera and Microphone — to record Stage Reels.
Storage / Media — to save recordings to your gallery. The app only writes to the gallery and does not read your photos or videos; audio files and the profile photo are chosen by you in the system file and photo pickers, which give the app only what you pick.
You can grant or revoke these in your device settings; some features won't work without them.
How we use information
To provide the app's features (playback, looping, tempo/cue, recording).
To determine your subscription status and unlock paid features.
To remember your preferences (language, profile) on your device.
To respond to your support requests.
What we do not do
We do not require an account or collect your name/email (unless you email us for support).
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.
We do not upload your audio, video, or profile to our servers (we have none).
Third-party services
These services may process limited data as described above, under their own privacy policies:
Profile, preferences, imported audio, and recordings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the app's local data.
Subscription/receipt records are retained by the store and RevenueCat per their policies.
Children
OnceMo is not directed to children under the age required by your country (e.g., 13 in the US, 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because we hold no account data, you can remove the app's local data at any time by deleting your profile in the app or uninstalling it. For purchase data, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account, and you may contact the store or RevenueCat regarding receipt data. To ask us a question about privacy, contact us at the email above. Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK/California), you may have rights to access or delete personal data — contact us and we will assist. If you want the purchase record we hold through RevenueCat deleted, email us at pado.apps@gmail.com and we will delete it.
International users
The third-party services above may process data in countries other than yours. By using the app you understand that limited purchase/technical data may be processed internationally under the providers' safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will revise the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or store listing.
